All cottages are completely furnished with kitchen, dining area, bathroom and bedrooms. Blankets and cooking utensils are also included. Cottages are supplied with toaster, coffee pot, grill, picnic table, microwave, cable TV, boat slips, a fish cleaning house and excellent crystal clear deep well drinking water. Linens: Guests need to bring bed sheets, pillow cases and towels.

PET POLICY: We do allow pets, however we do assess an additional fee of $10/night.
DEPOSIT: 50% deposit/week (or night if applicable) per cottage required upon reservation. Balance payable upon arrival. Deposits are non-refundable after May 1st.
Peak Season: Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
